Join us for an exploration on the state of mental health and current challenges with mental health among First Nation peoples. The term First Nation is a collective term for the diverse cultures native to North America prior to Anglo colonial incursion. Indigenous cultures have persisted in spite of violent brutalization, oppression, systematic disenfranchisement, and transgenerational trauma. On this episode, representatives from various tribal backgrounds will share insights and their stories of resilience.

Come join our host, Carl Evans and a panel of guests to break the silence as a community & remind others IT'S OK NOT TO BE OK. HAVE HOPE.

WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER.
