Breathe For Hope: inclusive, accessible yoga & mindfulness class dedicated to creating a space where IT'S OK NOT TO BE OK.

Join Hope For The Day Agents of Impact, Yoga Instructors Nichol Somers and Britt Kaplan for a live in-person yoga session.

Considerations to enhance your experience: 

Yoga mat - A towel, blanket, etc. can also work.

Yoga blocks - One can improvise the same supports by rolling a towel or blanket.

Water bottle - Stay hydrated.

Journal (if desired) - Practice another tool for self care, anywhere, if that's for you.

Be gracious with yourself, IT'S OK NOT TO BE OK. HAVE HOPE.
