Give the Gift of Mental Health Education this #GIVINGTUESDAY

Mark your calendars for #GIVINGTUESDAY on Dec. 3rd + learn how you can take action with HFTD!

IT ONLY TAKES ONE. One donation of $12.50 can educate 1 individual and help prevent future tragedies from occurring. Together we can impact thousands.

This #GivingTuesday join HFTD in our goal to educate 20,000 individuals by the end of 2019 AND another 20,000 individuals in 2020!

The more individuals we educate the more we can teach and empower our diverse communities to confront mental health challenges for themselves and others BEFORE they ever have a chance to reach the crisis point.

Our mental health education programs teach on the tools and strategies to enable proactive and effective mental health care for individuals and communities, as well as how we can disrupt the leading risk factors of suicide and mental health challenges, like the silence of stigma and a lack of visible resources.

TOGETHER WE CAN BREAK THE SILENCE OF MENTAL HEALTH STIGMA + TEACH THE WORLD THAT IT’S OK NOT TO BE OK.

Here are the most impactful ways YOU can take action with us this #GIVINGTUESDAY

  1. Give the gift of Mental Health Education by making a direct donation or starting your own Facebook fundraiser for Hope For The Day

One donation of $12.50 ensures we can educate at least 1 individual in 2020. A donation of $360 will educate a classroom of 28 individuals!

An essential part of our education programming is empowering and activating individuals to share what they learned in our workshops with their family, peers and community. Peer to Peer Prevention starts with driving the conversation on mental health and showing others how to be supportive of each other. Together we can educate thousands.

Starting your own Facebook fundraiser is easy!
